Our Advanced Tactical Workshop is a state-of-the-art workshop that combines all three principles of K9 survivability: injury prevention, medical intervention, and remaining calm.

KILO-9 uses a crawl-walk-run approach over the course of three days to first provide a baseline of fundamentals through one-on-one instruction and then reinforce baseline fundamentals through repetition and crafted scenarios.

In the Advanced Tactical Workshop, handlers will be taught and given chances to hone and perfect four functional areas with their K9 partners:

  • Tactical Combat Casualty Care
  • Canine Tactical Emergent Casualty Care
  • Handler Skills Enhancement
  • Street Deployments & Real-Life Encounters for Practical Self-Preservation
